Exam Council

The Exam Council assists with determining exam content, writing new exam questions, and editing exam questions to ensure that the CAIA exams are of the highest quality.

Dr. Nelson Lacey, CFA, is the CAIA Association's Director of Examinations and a Professor of Finance at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Kristaps Licis is the Senior Associate Director of Exams for the CAIA Association.
