Join us for an educational event titled "Insurance-linked Strategies"
Featuring Dr. Eckhard Freimann, Credit Suisse

In his presentation Dr Eckhard Freimann will provide an overview of ILS. Insurance Linked Strategies involve a role reversal between investors and insurers with the investors taking on the role of the insurance company, covering risks and receiving attractive premiums in return. Dr Freimann will explain the ILS concept by giving detailed examples of specific transactions, discussing the major players in the ILS market and provide modeling examples.

We appreciate the presence of Steve Wallace, CAIA Association's Director of Industry Relations, as this is his first visit to Barcelona.

Drinks and canapés will be served after the presentation.
