In order to assess your readiness for Level I of the CAIA program, we recommend all candidates take the Prerequisite Diagnostic Review (PDR).

Candidates who score less than 70% on the PDR are encouraged to read through the Prerequisite Materials.

Tips for taking the PDR:

In order to properly assess your Level I readiness, candidates should take the PDR under CAIA exam conditions:

• Give yourself a two hour (120 minute) time limit.
• Use a CAIA approved calculator.
• Do not use outside reference materials.
