, CAIA, has joined Timbercreek Asset Management as an analyst in the Real Estate Operations and Development team. His primary responsibilities include assessing and developing various portfolio strategies, evaluating and improving investment performance and analyzing capital investment initiatives.

Tim, a member of the CAIA Class of September 2010, says that "I use the knowledge gained from the CAIA program on a daily basis. The material covered in this program is extremely relevant to the industry and provides an excellent insight into the alternative investment space."

Previously, Tim was an investment accountant at State Street Canada in Toronto where he was responsible for calculating the Net Asset Value per share for several mutual fund and hedge fund clients. He received a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from Dalhousie University.
