The scholarship initiative, offered by the 100 Women in Hedge Funds Institute through the sponsorship of Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company, LLC (PAAMCO), was established to recognize and reward rising female talent in the alternative investment industry.

AMHERST, Mass. — The Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association®, the global leader in alternative investment education, and the University of Amsterdam today announced a strategic partnership. Under the partnership, the first of its kind in the Netherlands, the University of Amsterdam Master in International Finance students will have access to the CAIA Association's curriculum and events. The students, more than 80% of whom are international, can also apply for scholarships to earn the CAIA Charter, which requires passing rigorous Level I and Level II examinations.
Recently, CAIA Association announced a compelling new benefit for CAIA members: five scholarships toward Master of Advanced Finance or Global Master of Finance degrees at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Each scholarship is valued at 30% of tuition fees.

April 22, 2013--CAIA Association announces the addition of five international, computerized test centers available now for the September 2013 CAIA exams. Including these new Pearson VUE test centers, CAIA Level I and II exams are now available in more than 290 test centers in 33 countries.
All Pearson VUE test centers are easily accessible with comfortable seating and security protocols to protect candidate identity, test results, and the overall integrity of the CAIA program.
Of the March 2013 CAIA Level I candidates, 68% passed and are now eligible to register for the CAIA Level II exam. The CAIA Association would like to congratulate all successful candidates.
The results for the March 2013 CAIA Level II exams are expected later this month.
