"The CAIA designation has been an invaluable asset to my career, as well as the life of my company. Our hedge fund has been introduced to numerous service providers, prospective clients, and potential employees through the close-knit, fast-growing CAIA network. We are grateful for the privileges and mindful of the responsibilities that the CAIA designation embodies.
Thanks to the CAIA Foundation Scholarship, 100 Women in Hedge Funds, and PAAMCO, I began and completed my journey towards the CAIA membership this year. Five years ago, when I first heard about CAIA, I didn't have the confidence to register for Level I. To my surprise, not only did I pass both exams, but I enjoyed the steep, relevant, and rewarding climb. To those of you who are debating whether to pursue the CAIA designation: don't underestimate your ability to succeed."
