As a relationship manager in Wellington Management’s Americas Institutional Group, Manal is responsible for deepening the relationship and consultative partnership with clients and serving as a conduit to ensure that the full range of resources and services of the firm are brought to bear on their behalf. She assists clients with long-term investment strategy and policy issues, evaluates portfolio risks and performance, ensures compliance with policy guidelines and applicable regulations, resolves administrative and operational issues, and meets with clients regularly to discuss investment- and business-related issues.
Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2018, Manal was a vice president and relationship manager covering institutional and global wealth clients at AGC Equity Partners in London (2013 – 2016). Before that, she was a vice president in investor products sales at Royal Bank of Scotland (2011 – 2013) and JPMorgan (2006 – 2011) in London. She started her career in Paris in structured products sales at Credit Agricole CIB (2005 – 2006).
Manal received her master’s in science management, with a major in finance, from EM Lyon Business School in Lyon, France and her bachelor of science in economics from Universite Saint Joseph in Beirut, Lebanon. She holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
