Sayuri is Head of Americas Real Estate Distribution, and is responsible for supporting the distribution of Nuveen’s real estate investment capabilities. In her role she covers core, value-add and opportunistic equity and debt strategies across a range of investment vehicles.
Since Sayuri joined Nuveen in 2016, spending time in both the San Francisco and New York City offices, currently residing in Boston.
Sayuri graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, holds the CAIA designation, and the Certificate in Real Estate Investment from the NYU Schack Institute. In addition, she is a member of PREA Rising Leaders Committee and co-chair of the NAREIM Capital Raising & IR 2024-2025 Conference.
