She holds both the CFA and CAIA designations and is passionate about continuous learning and professional development.
Beyond her career in finance, Urmi is an author, speaker, mentor, and podcast host. She is the Co-Chair of Women in Leadership Montreal, where she helps create opportunities for women to connect, grow, and advance in their careers. She is also involved in mentoring women through Dress for Success.
A passionate advocate for communication and personal growth, Urmi has been actively involved with Toastmasters since 2019, including leadership roles as Club President and Vice President of Education.
