Hong Kong SAR, October 27, 2026 – The Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association is pleased to announce an academic partnership with Ewha School of Business at Ewha Womans University, one of the world’s leading women’s universities, recognized for its longstanding commitment to academic excellence and women’s leadership.

The partnership was formalized through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed by John L. Bowman, CEO, CAIA Association at Ewha School of Business during a recent visit to South Korea. The agreement welcomes Ewha into CAIA’s global Academic Partnership Program, connecting the university’s students and faculty with a worldwide community dedicated to advancing knowledge and professional practice in alternative investments.

“As alternative investments become increasingly important to the global financial system, the Asia-Pacific region will benefit from a broad range of perspectives and talent contributing to the decisions that shape it,” said Nick Pollard, Managing Director, APAC, CAIA Association. “We’re proud to welcome Ewha School of Business into our academic community and support the next generation of professionals entering this field.”

Through the partnership, Ewha School of Business students will gain access to educational resources, professional development opportunities, and academic scholarships supporting their pursuit of the CAIA Charter, the globally recognized professional designation providing a practical framework for mastering alternative assets and their role in portfolio outcomes.

The collaboration also creates opportunities for students and faculty to engage with CAIA’s global network of investment professionals, research, and industry events, strengthening the connection between academic study and the practical challenges of investing in today’s markets.

“Our partnership with Ewha School of Business creates a direct connection between academic study and the specialized knowledge and professional networks available through CAIA,” said John L. Bowman, CEO, CAIA Association.  “We’re especially pleased to partner with an institution whose legacy of advancing women’s education and leadership continues to shape the opportunities available to future generations.”
