As a rule, antitrust laws prohibit competitors, customers, and suppliers from restricting trade or seeking to create or maintain a monopoly on a certain market. To take advantage of the opportunities and benefits offered by CAIAA, each Member agrees not to engage in any behavior that violates antitrust laws.
