Group Enrollment Options
 

• Enrolling 100+ Learners?: Organizations enrolling 100+ individuals annually may qualify for discounted group pricing. Complete the form below to connect with our team and explore the best enrollment option for your organization.

   

• Smaller Team Enrollments: For groups under 100 learners, programs may be purchased at retail price through prepaid checkout or invoice-based enrollment. For assistance, contact nxt@caia.org

   

• Individual Enrollment: Ready to enroll in one or more programs yourself? Getting started is simple:
  • Click Enroll
    • Select the program(s) you’d like to purchase
    • Click Proceed to Checkout
    • Create your account by selecting Sign Up
    • Continue to payment

    • Check your inbox for the Welcome Email to verify your account and access your program

       

• Buying for Others: Purchasing for a team or colleague? The Buying for Others option allows one person to purchase multiple enrollments at once — without requiring each learner to create an account during checkout.
  • Select the program(s) you’d like to purchase
    • Open the Shopping Cart in the top-right corner
    • Click View Shopping Cart
    • Select the Buying for Others tab
    • Click Proceed to Checkout
    • Choose Continue as Guest and complete your information
    • Continue to payment

After purchase, you’ll receive:

• An Enrollment Key Email with instructions for distributing enrollments
• Your purchase receipt
   

Please note: Enrollment keys are valid only for the number of seats purchased. Additional enrollments can be purchased anytime through the catalog.
