Xun Xiang is the ETF Business Lead at Lion Global Investors, which is one of Southeast Asia’s largest asset managers. He is responsible for driving the ETF business through building and commercialising ETFs, which includes speaking at ETF events to equip the public with investment and industry knowledge.
Xun Xiang built a wealth of experience in various roles across asset management, private banking, institutional banking and fintech. Prior to joining Lion Global Investors, he was a Capital Markets Assistant Vice-President at ADDX (formerly iSTOX), a MAS-licensed digital securities platform empowering investor access to private capital opportunities. Before ADDX, he was Assistant Vice-President at BNP Paribas Wealth Management’s Key Client Group where he helped originate, manage, and drive private market investment opportunities for ultra-high net worth individuals.
Since obtaining the CAIA charter in 2017, the knowledge and perspective have been valuable in helping him assess alternative investments and collaborate with the right partners to scale businesses.
Currently, Xun Xiang is part of the CAIA Exam Working Group involved in developing exam questions for the CAIA Level II exam and expanding key syllabus topics for the CAIA Level II textbook (Third Edition).
Xun Xiang holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and ASEAN CPA charter holder.
