Tales Prado Furlanetti Santos Silva, CAIA, CFA

"After earning the CFA designation last year, I still wanted to go deeper in the subjects of real estate, structured products, hedge funds, private equity, among other financial special cases, which make part of my daily routine at work as a business development professional for an alternative asset manager. Since the CAIA curriculum addressed all that and also covered current topics as blockchain and financial market innovation, about which I am passionate and whose impact on our industry is still unclear, I made the decision to pursue the CAIA Charter. Even though the credentials were not stackable by that time, I believe the time spent was absolutely worth while, since they deliver value to me and my team, bringing new insights to my organization."
