Leadership transition underscores the Council’s role in shaping
industry-relevant alternatives education.


Amherst, MA – May 5, 2026 — CAIA Association today announced that Mark Robillard, CAIA, CFA, FRM, Vice President and Research Analyst, Alternatives at Fidelity Investments®, has been appointed Chair of the CAIA.nxt™ Advisory Council, effective April 30, 2026. In his role within Fidelity Institutional Wealth Adviser, the registered investment advisor at Fidelity Institutional, Robillard leads due diligence research for private equity investment strategies and authors thought leadership for a platform supporting a wide range of wealth management firms and institutional investors.

Robillard succeeds Anna Snider, CAIA, Head of Investment Selection in the Chief Investment Office at Bank of America and Merrill, who has served as Chair since the Council’s inception in April 2022. A founding leader of the initiative, Snider was hand-picked to help guide CAIA.nxt™ from concept to launch and worked closely with CAIA’s development team to shape its structure and industry relevance. She will remain an active member of the advisory group, continuing to contribute her expertise as the Council evolves.
