Mark DiGiannantonio, CAIA, Chapter Head, Dallas

Mark is a founding Member of PMV Capital. He began his career as a programmer at Accenture where he had the opportunity to deliver solutions for many Fortune 100 companies. In addition to his role at PMV Capital, he manages multiple private funds, founded an RIA, and successfully launched a public exchange traded fund. Mark holds a BBA in Business Management from Temple University and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation holder.

Ahmad Ali Alwan is the Deputy CEO of Hub71, Abu Dhabi’s global tech ecosystem. In his role, Ahmad

Michael Going, CAIA, Chapter Co-Head

Michael Going is a partner at Ahakista Capital, drawing on over twenty years of financial services experience in investor relations and capital raising. He has held senior roles at Merrill Lynch, Efficient Capital Management, and Subtext Investment Management, focusing on alternative investments, client relations, and business development. Michael has led nationwide initiatives in both private and public markets, developing processes for private funds and liquid quant funds, and working extensively with global institutional investors.

York Lo, CAIA, CIMA, Chapter Head

York Lo is the Head of Global Alternative Product Management, Manulife John Hancock Investments. Previously, he was Head of Alternative Product and LLCs, John Hancock Investment Management where he was a key member of the team responsible for manager selection and oversight and product development and management for global fund platforms with AUM in excess of US$200 billion.

Rebekah Pang, CAIA, Chapter Co-Head

Ms. Pang is the Chapter Head of CAIA Singapore and a seasoned leader in the alternative investment industry. She was the Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Astignes Capital, an Asian macro hedge fund launched in 2007. Before that, she served as Director of Investor Relations at Turmeric Capital, a private equity startup based in Singapore.

Ms. Pang is the CAIA Singapore Chapter Head. Previously she was the Head of Marketing and Investor Relations for Astignes Capital – an Asian macro fund that launched in 2007.

Phil Shankweiler, CFA, CFP, CAIA, Chapter Co-Head

Phil Shankweiler is a director within the Hartford Funds advisory services group. In this role, he works with RIAs, family offices, and bank-trust groups to help them enhance their investment and client-service outcomes. Through a personalized, client–centric approach, Phil brings the value of Hartford Funds to clients with an expertise in capital markets, investment management, and the financial–planning process.
