Prior to co-founding the Latin American business of Alpine in 2015, Daniel worked for Moneda Asset Management, one of the largest independent Latin American investment managers based in Santiago, Chile, managing over USD $10bn for global institutional investors. He led Moneda’s fundraising efforts in Latin America to both institutional and private investors, successfully multiplying Moneda’s AUM in the region by over 4x in 4 years and opening several key markets for the firm.

Yoshinobu Yarita is the Founder and CEO of the Japan Alternative Investment Research Institute. Drawing on nearly 40 years of experience in the financial industry—including two decades dedicated to private equity—Yoshinobu currently serves as the Japan Chapter Head of the CAIA Association and a Director-at-Large for the IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) Japan Chapter. Furthermore, he provides strategic counsel as an advisor to the CEO of Sakata INX and holds advisory roles at several other corporations.

Nicholas Skibo is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Gritstone Asset Management and is based in Bethesda, Maryland.

Alexandra McGuigan Head of APAC for Qblue Balanced, a Copenhagen based systematic and sustainability focused fund manager. She works with some of the world’s largest institutional clients and is responsible for the business in the region.

With a 20-year career in financial services, she has worked in various roles with globally renowned fund managers including BNY Mellon Asset Management, Investec, GAM, Adveq, Och Ziff and has raised over $3 Billion AUM.

As Director of Client Relations at EQT Group, Eugene Hsieh, CAIA® serves as a consultant to RIAs, family offices, private banks, and other private wealth intermediaries on the subject of private markets and alternative investments.

He has gained broad experience over multiple asset classes and investment strategies during his time at Victory Capital, Natixis Investment Managers, and Putnam Investments where he served in similar roles. 

Mario Valverde is a Senior Principal, Institutional Business Development at Cerity Partners. Before joining Cerity Partners, he held senior institutional sales roles at BlackRock, State Street Global Advisors, and Nuveen (a TIAA company). In these positions, he was crucial in business development and client engagement across various institutional channels.

Shane is a fellow of ACCA and is also a CAIA Charterholder. Shane has extensive industry experience, designing and delivering solutions while specialising in the Private Equity sphere. As Head of Accounting & Valuations for Harmonic Fund Services Ireland, Shane has established & managed large Irish regulated structures, while also coordinating global reporting structures for large investment banks, via oversight of a multi-jurisdictional team

Rohit Shroff is a Director for Man Group in Australia, focusing on institutional client servicing and business development. Prior to joining Man Group in 2022, Rohit worked at PIMCO for 10 years in the UK and Australia, where he focused on fixed income, hedge fund, private credit and other alternative investments.

Andrew joined Willis Towers Watson in 2012 and is Head of Investments Korea, advising Korean institutions.  Andrew commenced his investment career in Canada progressing through a number of roles including product development, research analyst and investment management. He returned to Korea in 2007 to take up a Global Portfolio Manager role at the Asset Management Division of Dongbu Insurance.
