Aaron sits on CAIA Association’s global leadership team, where he leads strategy across thought leadership, marketing and brand, and global community engagement. His mandate is to strengthen CAIA’s influence and deepen its connection with investment professionals worldwide, turning complex investment concepts into accessible, actionable insight.
Aaron has served in multiple roles at CAIA Association across its educational programs and content development initiatives. Previously, Aaron founded what is now known as CAIA.nxt™, an online learning platform designed to educate multiple stakeholders across the industry on alternative investments.
A frequent speaker and writer, Aaron contributes regularly to CAIA’s educational programs and has been published in academic journals, industry publications, and books on alternative investments. His early career was spent in private wealth management, where he focused on asset allocation, portfolio construction, and manager research for high-net-worth investors and defined contribution plans.
Aaron earned both his B.S. with distinction in Finance and his Master of Finance from Penn State University, where he also serves as an adjunct professor and advisory board member. He holds the CAIA, CFA, CIPM, and FDP designations and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He is Past President of CFA Society Columbus and serves as Vice President of CFA Society Philadelphia.
