I initially studied Actuarial Sciences, which led me to join Mercer in 2013 as first employment, initially on their International Employee Benefits Practice, helping clients with their overall pension & benefits management (valuations, M&A,...) I had the opportunity to do so in multiple countries. In 2019, I had the opportunity to join the Investments Practice, first from an advisory standpoint, then joining the Solutions business that was created in 2020. Since then, I am working in this solutions business, helping investors with their various needs, from ALM studies and asset allocation, to fund selection, and providing a specific access to curated strategies, across all asset classes.
