Andrew Brodbeck is the Managing Director and Head of Alternative Investments, Business Development for US Retail at Alliance Bernstein. Prior to joining AB, he was a Director of Capital Formation at subsidiary AB CarVal, a $16 billion alternative credit firm. He was responsible for global fundraising of opportunistic credit, specialty finance, aviation, and renewable energy strategies. Prior to AB CarVal, he was a Senior Director at Cargill, responsible for marketing real assets and commodity derivatives across the agriculture, energy, and metal sectors. Prior to Cargill, Andrew was a Vice President at Fifth Third Bank, responsible for FX risk management solutions to corporations, banks and asset managers. He received his Bachelor of Science from Miami University, an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and was a Public Policy Fellow at the University of Minnesota. Andrew is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
