Chris Edgar serves as Vice President of Capital Strategy at Greenberg Gibbons, a Baltimore based real estate investor, developer & operator. He leads initiatives to expand the company’s investor base, overseeing capital formation, investor relations, and strategic funding in close collaboration with executive leadership. Mr. Edgar brings a decade of experience in capital markets, fundraising, and institutional investor relations. Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons, he served as Vice President of Capital Raising for Center Street Companies, where he led global fundraising efforts across institutional and private wealth channels for a multi-platform alternative investment firm. Mr. Edgar holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware. He is a CFA® and CAIA® charterholder, and maintains a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing, Series 7, Series 63, UniFi by CAIA™ Real Estate, Private Credit and Private Equity microcredentials.
