Dan McCulloch is Executive Director of Business Development for Paloma Partners. Paloma Partners manages a $2.3B relative value, multi-strategy hedge fund with a track record spanning over 30 years. Mr. McCulloch’s responsibilities include marketing and investor relations with specific emphasis on platform and intermediary relationships. Prior to joining Paloma Partners in 2013, Dan served as Executive Director with the Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Sales and Distribution Group covering the southern region of the United States. From 2003 to 2009, Dan worked for Citigroup Alternative Investments in variety of business development roles across the alternative investment spectrum (hedge strategies, private equity, real estate, structured credit and commodity trading advisors) and was promoted to Director in 2007. Mr. McCulloch has been in finance for 15 years with 12 years focused on alternative investment sales and distribution. He has significant experience in portfolio construction and optimization on behalf of institutional and high net worth investors and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designee. Mr. McCulloch currently serves as Chapter Executive for the Texas Chapter of CAIA Association which he helped to establish. Mr. McCulloch is a graduate of Boston College where he received his Bachelor ofScience in Marketing from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management. He is a native of northern New Jersey but currently resides in Houston, Texas with his wife, Mary, and their three young boys. Dan is active in his community and is an alumni association representative for Boston College and Delbarton School. He recently served as Co-chair of the Brookwood Community Biennial Benefit which raised over one million dollars for adults with disabilities.

In his spare time Dan likes to golf, fish, entertain and travel.
