Demitri Diamond is a member of the Diversified Alternative Equity team at Barings and is responsible for supporting the underwriting and monitoring of primary and secondary fund investments as well as co-investments across Real Assets and Private Equity. Prior to joining Barings in 2018, Demitri was an Investment Analyst at Aldea Capital Partners where he focused on sourcing and underwriting private equity small and emerging managers. Demitri holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Financial Risk Management (FRM) designations and was a student-athlete of Colgate University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts.
