Flavio joined Kinea Investimentos in 2012 and is responsible for managing the firm’s real estate debt funds (Approx. AUM BRL 15bn). In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the origination, underwriting, structuring and monitoring duties of commercial real estate debt deals. Prior to joining Kinea, Flavio held a senior role at RB Capital where he was responsible in underwriting, structuring and monitoring real estate debt and equity investments. Earlier in his career was involved in structured credit related roles in different investment management companies. Flavio holds a law degree from University of São Paulo (USP) and a business degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-SP). He holds a master’s degree in real estate from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University (NYU).
