Gordon is the COO at East Wave Partners. Previously he was Head of Portfolio Group on the Partnership Strategies team at Bain Capital.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Gordon was a Managing Director and the head of operational due diligence at Cambridge Associates. Earlier in his career, he was an Operations Manager at Kobren Insight Management and a Senior Accountant at Bisys Hedge Fund Services.
Gordon graduated with an MBA from the Boston University School of Management and a BS from the University of New Hampshire. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst® Charterholder.
