Gustavo leads Alpine Capital Advisors' business in Brazil. Before joining Alpine, Gustavo had extensive experience in investment management and business development in Brazil, Luxembourg and Sweden. His experience includes managing investments at a Brazilian pension fund and a multi-family office. In Luxembourg, Gustavo worked in the product management area of Nordea Asset Management, where he covered emerging markets and global equities. In 2018, Gustavo moved to Stockholm to attend the Executive MBA at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE). During this period, he worked in the Swedish entrepreneurship ecosystem and joined Antler, a global venture capital fund, where he became director responsible for the expansion of Antler in Brazil. In addition to holding the EMBA from SSE, Gustavo has a degree in business administration from Insper. He has been a CAIA member since 2015 and served on committees at ABVCAP (Brazilian Association of Venture Capital and Private Equity), ANBIMA, and ABRAP.
