Jon Diorio is the Head of Product for BlackRock's U.S. Wealth business and Head of Alternatives for BlackRock's U.S. Wealth business.
Jon oversees BlackRock’s Alternatives for Wealth business, driving adoption of private markets solutions and integrating them into whole-portfolio offerings for advisors. His team partners across the firm set commercial priorities and manage BlackRock’s alternatives product lineup.
Jon also leads BlackRock’s Product and Platform Group, where he oversees product management, development, and strategy for the U.S. Wealth business. The product team is responsible for delivering BlackRock’s full suite of capabilities— including iShares ETFs, separately managed accounts, alpha-seeking strategies, and alternatives — to wealth management firms and financial advisors across the United States.
Jon serves on the firm’s Global Operating Committee, the US Wealth Advisory Executive Committee and the US Product Solutions Executive Committee.
Before joining BlackRock, Jon held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, focusing on product strategy and management for the wealth market. He earned a BA in Finance from Loyola University and an MBA in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business. Jon also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation through the Wharton School and maintains Series 6, 63, 7, and 24 licenses.
