JP Garofalo is a Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley. In this role, he primarily works with individuals and families to help them navigate their wealth management needs, including investments, retirement planning, and insurance & estate planning strategies. As an Alternative Investments Director, he delivers a modern investment management program through the breadth and depth of the Morgan Stanley platform.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, JP worked at Nuveen as an Alternative Investments Specialist focused on distributing newly launched products into the wealth channel. JP also spent 4 years working for Ares Management, covering private and leveraged credit. He started his career at Morgan Stanley in the Consulting Group working closely with financial advisors across the firm.
JP graduated from Middlebury College with a B.A. in English & American Literature. JP lives in Santa Monica, and he loves to go fishing and boating in his free time. Most of all, he loves spending time with his wife, Jillian, and daughter, Cece.
