Manal Karam

As a client service manager in Wellington Management’s Client Services Group, Manal is responsible for managing service delivery to clients, driving resolution of client queries, and meeting with clients to discuss operational- and servicing-related activities. Manal is accountable for coordinating client-related reporting, transactions, legal and regulatory developments, and other servicing matters. Additionally, she ensures that the resources of the firm are optimally brought to bear on behalf of clients in order to deliver the highest-quality service.

Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2018, Manal was a vice president and relationship manager covering institutional and global wealth clients at AGC Equity Partners in London (2013 – 2016). Before that, she was a vice president in investor products sales at Royal Bank of Scotland (2011 – 2013) and JPMorgan (2006 – 2011) in London. She started her career in Paris in structured products sales at Credit Agricole CIB (2005 – 2006).

Manal received her master’s in science management, with a major in finance, from EM Lyon Business School in Lyon, France (2006) and her bachelor of science in economics from Universite Saint Joseph in Beirut, Lebanon (2003). She holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
