Nathan Wood is a Manager at The Harbour Trust Co. Ltd. in the Cayman Islands, where he provides fiduciary and governance services for alternative investment funds. With nearly a decade of experience in finance, Nathan has worked across multiple jurisdictions, including Cayman, South Africa, the UK, and Luxembourg. His expertise spans real estate, private equity, hedge funds, and venture capital.
Before joining Harbour, Nathan was an Associate Financial Controller and later a Financial Controller at Carta Inc. in London, where he focused on venture capital valuations and fund structuring, overseeing the funds team. He also gained experience at Harmonic Fund Services and KPMG, developing skills in fund accounting, financial analysis, and audit oversight.
