Paola is a director for business development and member of the board of Aberdeen Standard Investments Switzerland. She joined Aberdeen Asset Management in 2015 from Saint George Capital Management (part of UnipolSAI Assicurazioni, formerly Fondiaria-SAI) where she was CEO and Investment Manager. Previously, Paola worked as Hedge Fund Manager for Banca Gesfid (Fondiaria-SAI Group), Vicos SA and Banca Zarattini &CO.
Paola is co-head of CAIA Zurich Chapter since 2017. She has been a director of the London board of the 100 Women in Finance association from 2013 to 2018 and founded the Lugano-Milano locations with like-minded industry colleagues in 2010. Paola graduated with a MSc in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino (1998).
