Rahim is a seasoned Banking professional with a deep and unique financial services background (10 years+) spanning U.S. Corporate Credit, Global Transaction Banking Sales Relationship Management, New Product Development, Internal Audit, Information Technology Solutions and Investment Banking. He is a former software engineer and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey Business School in London, Ontario. He is a CAIA Charterholder, and a CFA Charterholder, with extensive experience spanning the entire credit transaction process: from origination and structuring to portfolio management of junk and investment grade syndicated loans spanning a diverse range of industries and sub-sectors including automotive, retail, healthcare, consumer products, real estate and commodities.
