Mr. Kisu is a senior consultant of Nomura Securities Fiduciary Service Center, engaging in consulting and research for mainly DB and DC plan sponsors. He is also part of the solution group of the department, engaging in the development of the investment consulting service. Prior to joining Nomura in 2012, He was at Daido life insurance company, focusing on the investment planning. He received MSc from Osaka University.
