Yoga embarked on his career at Danareksa, Indonesia's state-owned investment bank, where he served as an equity research analyst specializing in the automotive, shipping, and pharmaceutical sectors. After co-founding a mission-driven family office, Yoga returned to the capital market, taking charge of the successful launch of multiple Indonesian-listed exchange-traded funds. Under his leadership, assets under management experienced a remarkable growth of 3.8x. At BNI Asset Management, a subsidiary of the Indonesian state bank, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company's product development capabilities and establishing its alternative investment division. Through his strategic efforts, assets under management grew by an impressive 130%.
Yoga furthered his education at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, earning dual Masters degrees in Real Estate and Business Analytics in 2020. Prior to this, he obtained his dual Bachelors' degrees from Indiana University and achieved the prestigious CAIA Charterholder designation.
