Marianne Couot, CAIA, Chapter Executive

Marianne Couot joined AXA Investment Managers in 2023, in the Alternatives and private assets business line. She as spent most of her career in London in the area of asset management for US, UK, Swiss and European employers and has over 20+ years of industry experience. She has filled in different roles in Marketing, Investment Proposals and is currently in AXA IM Alts Client Group.

Brian Digney, CAIA, Chapter Executive

Brian Digney joined the SBAI in March 2023 in the role of Research and Content Director. He is responsible for content development and co-ordination of the ongoing and future working groups on a wide variety of topics, including valuation of private assets, ESG & carbon footprinting, governance, insurance linked strategies, digital assets, asset management regulation and compliance as well as new topics to be determined in the future.

Christian Ralison, CAIA, Chapter Executive

Since 2008 Christian Ralison is a Director and Financial Controller of Luxembourg entities affiliated to the H&F Funds. These entities provide supervision services to the European investment structures. Christian serves as a Director in the various holding structures. In this role he supervises issues such as the structuring of the transactions, implementation of management incentive plans and exit strategies but also advises on developing and formalizing the corporate governance processes for the entities.
