Craig Roodt, CAIA, is a Director with Deloitte working with asset owners and asset managers, with a key focus on investment governance and investment risk management and the integration of ESG into the investment process. Prior to joining Deloitte Craig was the Head of Investment Risk at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, leading a specialist team addressing investment, ALM and unit pricing risks at insurers and superannuation funds.

Daniel is an Associate Director and Senior Portfolio Specialist for Bentham Asset Management.

Daniel joined in May 2016 from Credit Suisse Asset management, where he worked in a product and distribution role focusing on alternatives and credit. Prior to Credit Suisse he worked at AMP as a Senior Research Analyst.

Frédéric Ruiz is a current Director at ISFB, an association of 55 banks in charge of the training, learning & development of its members.

He is also the co-founder and Program Director for the Master in Banking & Finance (Kalaidos Romandie) as well as professor of Finance at HEG Geneva.

Lapo Sogli is part of the European Equity Team at Candriam as Senior Fund Manager. He is also Head of Technical Analysis. He joined Candriam in 2010.

Lapo started his career as a trader. In 1995, he joined the proprietary desk of Bank of America in Milan, first as a forex trader, then as an equity trader.

In 2001 he moved to Luxembourg to join the advisory desk of Credit Agricole Indosuez where he  became the responsible for alternative investments and manager of a fund of hedge funds.

Hamlin is Head of Research at Tomlinson Research and has over 16 years' of economics and investment industry experience. He started his career in 1997 as assistant economist in the UK Government Department of Social Security; he then moved into equity analytics starting with the Universities Superannuation Scheme (pension) and IDEAglobal (independent research provider).
