He was former Chief Financial Officer of Opes Acquisition Corp., a SPAC that merged with Burgerfi International, a fast casual “better burger” restaurant concept, in December 2020.

In 2021, Felipe joined Yellowstone Capital Partners, the leading private equity real estate GP in Colombia (USD +$500 Mn in AUM) focused on mixed-use and large-scale residential projects targeting Colombia’s emerging working and middle-class. Rodrigo Manzur Lannefranque, CAIA is an independent advisor and consultant who provides services related to alternative and traditional investments, including the regulatory frameworks that apply to institutional investors in Latam. Mr. Manzur is also a ILPA external Staff Member for executive education in Latam. In addition, he created an alternative investment class at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and he is member of closed end funds’ surveillance committees which invest in Private Assets.

Flavio joined Kinea Investimentos in 2012 and is responsible for managing the firm’s real estate debt funds (Approx. AUM BRL 15bn). In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the origination, underwriting, structuring and monitoring duties of commercial real estate debt deals. Prior to joining Kinea, Flavio held a senior role at RB Capital where he was responsible in underwriting, structuring and monitoring real estate debt and equity investments. Earlier in his career was involved in structured credit related roles in different investment management companies.
