Manal Karam, CAIA, Chapter Executive

As a client service manager in Wellington Management’s Client Services Group, Manal is responsible for managing service delivery to clients, driving resolution of client queries, and meeting with clients to discuss operational- and servicing-related activities. Manal is accountable for coordinating client-related reporting, transactions, legal and regulatory developments, and other servicing matters.

Edoardo Chiozzi, CAIA, Chapter Executive

Currently in charge of the Italian RFP team and RFP Multi-Asset Team Leader at AXA IM, Edoardo has more than 20 years of experience in Sales and Business Development roles. Prior to AXA IM he was in charge of International Sales for French traditional asset managers and hedge funds; among which Convictions AM, KBL Richelieu, Olympia Capital Management and Systeia Capital Management. Previously he successfully developed the Italian market as Institutional Sales Manager of Convertible Bonds and Fixed Income for Kepler Chevreux and Natixis CIB .

Taehyeng Kim, Chapter Executive

Taehyeng Kim is responsible for investments globally across a wide range of alternative asset classes including Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Hedge Fund since 2010 in Teachers’ Pension. Prior to this he was in charge of Global Equity and Fixed Income investments. He also worked in Research Center where he projected long term cash flow analysis for the public pension fund. He awarded full sponsorship by Teachers' Pension for an MBA at Thunderbird school of Global Management. He also passed all four sections of the CPA(US) examination.

HyunJung Kim, CAIA, Chapter Executive

Hyunjung Kim is Head of Private Deal Sourcing Team at Samsung Securities. Prior, she was a Manager at Hyundai Motor Company and was responsible for venture investment/incubation, business development, and strategies. Hyunjung has held a range of roles at various companies that include eIPO (a venture capital firm affiliated with IMM), Towers Watson(HR consulting firm), and Thomson Reuters, engaged in investment, HR consulting and broker relationships.

Andrew Shin, CAIA, Chapter Executive

Andrew joined Willis Towers Watson in 2012 and is Head of Investments Korea, advising Korean institutions.  Andrew commenced his investment career in Canada progressing through a number of roles including product development, research analyst and investment management. He returned to Korea in 2007 to take up a Global Portfolio Manager role at the Asset Management Division of Dongbu Insurance.
