Adrian is president of Fairway America, an alternatives investment manager specializing in private real estate. Adrian works with senior executives to establish and drive the firm’s strategic priorities, lead the company's investment and capital raising activities and expand the growth model into the future. As head of investments, Adrian oversees the evaluation and execution of all real estate investment activities, including originating, structuring, and closing credit and equity opportunities on behalf of the company, sponsor partners, and investors. During his career, Adrian has been responsible for over $2.5 billion of real estate transactions spanning core to opportunistic risk profiles. Adrian earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and he is a CAIA charterholder. Additionally, Adrian is a board member with the Center for Real Estate at Portland State University and an active member in YPO Oregon.
