Jaewon Park works in Investor Sales with the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group, based in Seoul, primarily covers FX and rates derivatives, including structured products. As well as marketing derivatives products, she is servicing consultation of FX hedging and yield enhancing strategies for a varying client base which includes Pension funds, Insurers, and Asset managers.
Prior to ANZ, she worked at the National Pension Service (NPS) and Korea Investment Corporation (KIC) as a Strategist and portfolio manager. She conducted strategic asset allocation, optimized the returns of fund assets in long-term (3-5Y). She also actively participated in collaboration research with the World Bank, regarding an SAA portfolio. She specifically contributed to constructing Reference Portfolio, Alternative Investment asset allocation, and Foreign Exchange strategies in both institutions.
Prior to NPS and KIC, she worked at Schroders Korea, Barclays Bank PLC and Hana Bank where she mainly assessed derivatives marketing and global investment of foreign exchange, and rates.
Jaewon has a B.A of Economics from Korea University. She is a charter holder of CAIA and CFA.
