An executive with over twenty years of experience playing leading roles in the strategic planning and
investment management fields for some institutional and individual investors. Mahfoudh led the real
estate strategy formulation for Al Muhaidib Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Saudi Arabia. He
also worked at SEDCO Holding, where he was VP, Portfolio Performance Management, managing the
performance of some portfolio companies such as Red Sea Markets and Elaf Group. He also acted as an
advisor to SEDCO Holding's board representatives on these subsidiaries and others as well.
Mahfoudh is currently heading the Strategic Business Units Division as an Executive Director at Rua Al
Madinah Holding, a company wholly owned by PIF.
