I started my career as an analyst creating form scratch a multifamily office, GBS Family office, were I managed portfolios, gave financial and fiscal advise to different high networth families and individuals, renegotiating fees and making financial planning.

In 2007 I moved to A&G as the fund selection director, where I was responsable of the selection of third party funds for over 2 billion euro.

Alison Nest is a managing director and the head of Alternative Investments for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management based in New York City.  She is responsible for the development, sourcing, onboarding and servicing of alternative investments distributed to retail and institutional clients.

I started my professional journey as an civil engineer and evolved for 5 years in the private equity real
estate business after graduating from the ESSEC's Master in Finance based in Singapore. I have always
been passionate about the Private Assets in general and CAIA certification allowed me to complete my
educational background and lever it alongside my professional experience in private equity real estate to
join Lombard Odier since November 2023 as a Private assets distribution specialist.

Founder and CEO of investment consultancy firm, providing
advice to families & endowments > 100 mio EUR freely investable assets, currently overseeing > 7 billion
EUR. Prior worked in Switzerland and Netherlands for ABN AMRO and respectively UBS. Married and

Ramdas is a senior investment executive with over 25 years’ experience, working in the US, GCC, Africa,
and Asia regions. He has built a successful track record across asset classes at global blue chip financial
institutions and significant family offices, giving him a unique 360-degree view of the investment
landscape in multiple geographies and industry sectors.

I graduated at Bocconi University in 2012. In the past 10 years I have developed my career in the asset
management divisions of several top financial organizations: Nomura, Societe Generale, Generali, HSBC.
I grew up into the sales area, managing relationships with key Italian clients in the wholesale and
institutional segments. Main product focus on liquid alternative funds, hedge funds and private markets.

My name is Maria Santoro and I’m a product development Manager. I joined Mediolanum International
Funds in 20216 and prior to this I worked in Axa-MPS financial. I have more than 10 years experience
within product development across insurance and Financial Services. In 2021 I qualified as Charter
Alternative Investment Analyst.

Elaine has been active in the fund services industry since 2002. She is currently an Associate Director at
Waystone, where she advises asset managers clients on operational, regulatory and compliance related
matters. She was previously the Head of the Company Secretary team in KB Associates (now known as
Waystone) where she was focused on the provision of company secretarial services to the firm’s clients
and the internal firm boards and committees.
