Sarah, who joined CAIA in 2015, is Managing Director, UniFi by CAIA™ Operations providing strategic and operational support as well as governance and business planning. Before this role, Sarah functioned as Director of Candidate & Member Relations, managing the team that provides global support for CAIA Candidates and over 12,000 Members located in almost one hundred countries as well as leading global candidate and member relations strategies including defining goals for membership acquisition, recruitment, retention, optimizing customer journey as well as executing various business driven technical projects and exam administration operations.
A results-oriented, data-driven professional, Sarah began her career in technical sales at IBM, enabling Fortune 50 financial services firms to meet their strategic business objectives through process and technology optimization. Following her time at IBM, Sarah’s enterprising spirit and passion for business development and interior design led her to launch and run her own residential real estate development firm. Sarah earned a B.A. in Honors History, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
