Sarah, who joined CAIA in 2015, serves as the Managing Director of Program Operations & Client Solutions, providing operational leadership and strategic input for charter, certificate, and other professional programs offered by the CAIA Association. In this role, Sarah ensures that process, technology, infrastructure, and other resources are aligned to achieve long-term growth and brand resiliency while maintaining best practices and industry leadership. Sarah also drives and innovates B2B client solutions development and implementation, key client account management, and collaboration with internal & external stakeholders and executive leadership.
Prior Sarah led project management, operations, and client solutions for the founding of UniFi by CAIA™, an online platform dedicated to educating the private wealth management industry on alternative investments and functioned as Director of Candidate & Member Relations, managing the team that provides global support for CAIA Candidates and over 13,000 Members located in almost one hundred countries as well as leading global candidate and member relations strategies including defining goals for membership acquisition, recruitment, retention, optimizing customer journey as well as executing various business driven technical projects and exam administration operations.
A results-oriented, data-driven professional, Sarah began her career in technical sales at IBM, enabling Fortune 50 financial services firms to meet their strategic business objectives through process and technology optimization. Following her time at IBM, Sarah’s enterprising spirit and passion for business development and interior design led her to launch and run her own residential real estate development firm. Sarah earned a B.A. in Honors History, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
