Panayiotis Lambropoulos is a Portfolio Manager of Hedge Funds at the Employees Retirement System of Texas – a $26 billion retirement plan – located in Austin, Texas. His responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing and evaluating potential hedge fund managers, process and performance assessment, interviewing various fund employees and third-party service providers, and maintaining due diligence efforts.

Dennis Montz, CAIA, is the Senior Vice President and Director of Private Investments at Sentinel Trust Company. In this role, Montz sources, conducts due diligence on, analyzes, and monitors investments for four proprietary private equity funds of funds in conjunction with external specialized consultants. Additionally, he oversees limited partnership investments in venture capital, corporate finance, and real estate funds, as well as analyzes other private investment opportunities for clients.

Michael Griffin is a founding partner of SilverOak Financial Group, Ltd., an investment management and financial planning firm in Houston, TX. He began his financial services career in 1999. He subsequently took an interest in the CAIA designation and received his Charter in 2010 in an effort to better serve his clients and in support of his own direct investment activities. With 25+ years of experience, Robert joined Amegy Bank in April 2012. Since 2004, he served as an advisor to high net worth individuals, families and foundations at JP Morgan Private Bank and Kanaly Trust. Prior to that and since 1995, Robert served as a Senior Portfolio Manager for AIM Investments, overseeing large cap core strategies and a financial services sector fund. Robert received his Bachelor of Science from Washington and Lee University, Lexington, VA. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and magna cum laude.
