performance of some portfolio companies such as Red Sea Markets and Elaf Group. He also acted as an

and Asia regions. He has built a successful track record across asset classes at global blue chip financial
institutions and significant family offices, giving him a unique 360-degree view of the investment
landscape in multiple geographies and industry sectors.

I graduated at Bocconi University in 2012. In the past 10 years I have developed my career in the asset
management divisions of several top financial organizations: Nomura, Societe Generale, Generali, HSBC.
I grew up into the sales area, managing relationships with key Italian clients in the wholesale and
institutional segments. Main product focus on liquid alternative funds, hedge funds and private markets.

My name is Maria Santoro and I’m a product development Manager. I joined Mediolanum International
Funds in 20216 and prior to this I worked in Axa-MPS financial. I have more than 10 years experience
within product development across insurance and Financial Services. In 2021 I qualified as Charter
Alternative Investment Analyst.

Elaine has been active in the fund services industry since 2002. She is currently an Associate Director at
Waystone, where she advises asset managers clients on operational, regulatory and compliance related
matters. She was previously the Head of the Company Secretary team in KB Associates (now known as
Waystone) where she was focused on the provision of company secretarial services to the firm’s clients
and the internal firm boards and committees.

Luqian is the Head of Investor Relations and Reporting at Boussard & Gavaudan, an independent
Investment Management Group founded in 2002, specialised in fundamental, special situations, private
credit, arbitrage and derivative investments.
She joined the company in 2013 to develop and lead a team specializing in investor relations, sales
support, due diligence and reporting. She is responsible for all aspects relating to client-facing tools and
contributes to fund launches and structuring projects. She is also an active member of the internal ESG
committee.

Lillian joined BMO Global Asset Management having spent over 15 years in wealth management at various firms in sales, sales management and National Accounts. Her most recent experience was with a Canadian alternatives manager to help educate and foster a passion for alternatives investing. Lillian has deep experience and demonstrated success in the Canadian alternatives space and is a member of the AIMA Canada Executive Committee and the CAIA Toronto Chapter Executive Committee.
