Darryl Cox is a Senior Mortgage Consultant at HypoPlus, part of the Comparis.ch group, responsible for finding real estate loans for residential properties in all Switzerland. He also provides commercial real estate lending solutions in German-speaking Switzerland.
Additionally, Darryl is involved with a Single-Family Office bringing pre-IPO companies to a select network of HNWIs, who are seeking to diversify their investment portfolios into private equity.
Prior to HypoPlus, Darryl worked as a deal analyst with a US hedge fund, sourcing REO portfolios and funding sponsors looking to acquire distressed commercial real estate, in the aftermath of the 2008/9 real estate crisis in the USA.
As well as being a CAIA Charterholder, Darryl holds a BSc in Computer Science and is bilingual in French and English.
