Prashanth is a senior Investment banking professional with more than 15 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisition, Investment Management, Transaction Origination and Structuring, Financial Modeling and Analysis.
Prashanth is currently Managing Partner at Stratcap Corporate Advisory, which is a midmarket boutique investment banking and strategy consulting firm providing a full range of services including mergers and acquisition, private equity and growth advisory services. Having successfully closed more than 2000 Crore of transaction in last 18 months. Prashanth is also partner with Fintrust Advisors which specializes in Wealth management and Multi-family office setups with an AUM of more than 2500 crore.
Prior to Stratcap, Prashanth held senior management position including board level positions in 13 entities of a NYSE listed REIT – Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc., USA. ARE is the largest, leading investment-grade REIT focused principally on operating, developing, and acquiring high-quality sustainable real estate. Prashanth has also managed assets/ investments to the tune of USD 250 Mn under REIT operations in India region.
Prashanth started his career with Ernst & Young in the Assurance Services and then moved to Transaction Advisory Services (Mergers and Acquisition) handling fund raising, a strategic partner search and the transaction process for Real Estate and Infrastructure domains.
