In this role, he supports fund boards by assisting with strategic oversight, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance, managing risk frameworks, and overseeing investor reporting. He works closely with the board of directors, investment managers, fund administrators, legal advisors, and auditors.

Tom Bloomer is a Senior Regional Investment Consultant for Columbia Threadneedle Investments, a leading global asset manager with over $600 billion in assets under management. He is responsible for managing the firm’s largest RIA, Bank Trust and Multi-family Office relationships in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining Columbia Threadneedle, Tom held similar roles at Franklin Templeton (via the merger with Legg Mason), Russell Investments and AXA Equitable.
