Ryan Jusko is an institutional client advisor at Voya Investment Management. Prior to joining Voya, Ryan returned to Mercer Investment Consulting as a senior investment consultant, after spending several years working on the plan sponsor side. Most recently Ryan worked at Hewlett Packard as the head of fixed income, overseeing the fixed income portfolio for the DC and DB plans, including their dynamic LDI program. Ryan also served as an investment officer at the City of San Jose. He began his career with Mercer Investment Consulting in New York.
