Ryan Jusko is an institutional client advisor at Voya Investment Management. Prior to joining Voya, Ryan returned to Mercer Investment Consulting as a senior investment consultant, after spending several years working on the plan sponsor side. Most recently Ryan worked at Hewlett Packard as the head of fixed income, overseeing the fixed income portfolio for the DC and DB plans, including their dynamic LDI program. Ryan also served as an investment officer at the City of San Jose. He began his career with Mercer Investment Consulting in New York.

In Q4 2022, Coinbase surveyed 140 institutional investors to gauge the sentiment of digital assets. 72% of respondents had a positive view and indicated that digital assets are here to stay. While many institutions may not have made a direct investment into digital assets (i.e. buying bitcoin), exposures to digital assets and blockchain technology are very likely in the vast majority of institutional portfolios whether it be through a venture capital fund, hedge fund, or publicly traded company.
