Global problems require global solutions -- another lesson learned as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic in the year of the Earth Day 50th anniversary – that may lead to a deeper understanding of the ties that bind us on a global scale and should boost a coordinated reaction to address the Climate change threat.

Takashi Kisu, CAIA, Chapter Executive

Mr. Kisu is a senior consultant of Nomura Securities Fiduciary Service Center, engaging in consulting and research for mainly DB and DC plan sponsors. He is also part of the solution group of the department, engaging in the development of the investment consulting service. Prior to joining Nomura in 2012, He was at Daido life insurance company, focusing on the investment planning. He received MSc from Osaka University.     

Graeme Griffiths, CAIA

Graeme is a pension fund trustee and non-executive director. In addition to serving on the CAIA board, he is a trustee and investment committee chair of the Aegon Master Trust, a leading UK multi-employer DC pension scheme.  He also serves on the finance and investment committees of the Royal College of Surgeons, the Royal Historical Society and the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation.
